Jeb! in Praise of Stupidity
I think we knew that the Bush brothers weren't the sharpest knives in the drawer. Ten years ago I would have been surprised, however, if you had walked up to me and said, ya know, W is the smart one.
But no, here's Jeb!'s critique of the Obama administration's approach to foreign policy:
You don’t have to be the world’s policemen, but you have to be the world’s leader and there’s a huge difference. This guy, this president and Secretary Clinton and Secretary Kerry, when someone disagrees with their nuanced approach where it’s all kind of so sophisticated it makes no sense. You know what I’m saying? Big syllable words, lots of fancy conferences and meetings....
Big syllable words. Raise your hand if you also got bullied in middle school for that crime against humanity.
Also, there's not many words with fewer syllables than "war" so I guess I know where he's coming from.
