The "I Don't Wanna" Post

Have you ever noticed that when someone says "I can't" it really means "I don't wanna"?

I can't go to the party

I can't finish the paper in time

I can't figure out how to do date arithmetic in Excel

I can't meet anyone good.

Some of these things might be difficult.  All of them require some effort, and maybe some changes to oneself.  But not one of them violates any of the laws of physics.

I did not wanna post anything tonight, but I knew that "I can't" would be a lie to myself.  So with that uncomfortable truth rattling around in there, here you go.
