Impulse Control
So they were doing a VIP tour at a NASA facility... and this happened.
Our Russian-appointed VP has no better impulse control than his boss. He saw no reason why he should not just do... whatever! But white privilege is totes not a thing, right? Pffft.
I do question the judgement... of the NASA manager who allowed this fuckwit into a clean-room environment at ALL, never mind with no coveralls or gloves.
Aside: do you still wonder why "Mother" won't let him dine alone with any other females?
