A Few Useful Sites

A few useful websites you may or may not have heard of.  A public service of a trivial sort. In no particular order.

Copy Paste Character - for when you just need that one Unicode "thing" in your text.

Pexels - 100% free and CC0 stock photos for every need.

TV Premier Dates - An evergreen page maintained by Metacritic allowing you a single place to track what's coming up next in our current Golden Age of TV.

The Wirecutter and The Sweethome - Still the best tech and domestic products recommendations sites.  Undimmed by their recent acquisition to become part of the New York Times.  I no longer buy anything in their scope that they don't recommend.

Google Keep - A simpler replacement for Evernote and things like that, one that integrates well with the rest of the Googleverse.

QR Code Generator - I know, QR Codes are so... 2009.  Still, every so often you need one of the little buggers and here's a good place to get them made quickly and with no strings.
