It's getting ready to snow a foot, maybe more in Washington, Baltimore and other east coast cities. They're talking about it like the comet is coming to wipe out the planet. Srsly?

Point is, I think the amount of paralysis engendered by snow is a result of the ratio of the snow that comes to the snow you're ready for. This is why an inch of snow completely flummoxes places like Atlanta or Dallas.
