Rethuglican Talking Points

As I have iterated many times, this is poor #parody because it's far too close to what they are actually saying.  Yes, these guys say the quiet parts out loud, but Rethuglicans do that more and more IRL, also.  Like "those people."  And that's just one example of thousands.

Excusing Pumpkin's crimes is a matter of desperate importance to these thugs, because the entire framework of conservatism depends on one proposition: "There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."  Trump has been installed as the figurehead of the in-group.  The law cannot, must not be allowed to bind him.
