Network Graphs in English Class

When I was in high school, I was uninterested in most things that were not math, science or chess.  Or girls, although in that department my interest was never really actionable... but I digress.

So here's something that could have sparked up my interest in English class: Network graphs showing the interactions among all the characters in Shakespeare's tragedies.

It doesn't tell you everything you need to know, but it's interesting to see the clustering that emerges.  Of course, this one is pretty obvious but it's not the only one that does this.  Hit the link for more.
