Da'esh vs. Muslims

The governors of 31 states (as of this writing) have declared -- with dubious legal authority -- that their states are closed to refugees from Da'esh-controlled areas.  Perhaps this handy diagram will help them understand why they are no more at risk accepting a few thousand new residents fleeing Syria than they would be accepting a few thousand new residents relocating from Montana.

A major pillar of Da'esh strategy is to convince the average Yusuf that the West hates him because he is a Muslim.  Now we have governor after governor holding major press conferences to say that they absolutely want that strategy to be successful.  And they want to make sure that there is lots and lots of news footage to uphold it.

It's hard to imagine a more ignorance- and bigotry-fueled position than this.
