Cool Tool: Trello

I have been using Trello since last year.  It's been a great way to quickly pull together a team and get focus onto tasks.  Moving the cards from column to column has the same endorphin-hit as checking boxes on a to-do list.

Not only are we using it for B-Sides Rochester, I am using it personally to organize my preparations for various speaking engagements.

It's free to try, and the free version can easily be enough for most needs.  But a whole year of the Gold is only $45.  Check it out for free at first, at any rate.  Get a team of up to five onto a free board and get to work.

I get no spiff from Trello if you do, by the way.  It's just good.
