Social Media Landscape

I found this amusing. Twitter and Facebook are each thuggish in their own way. Tumblr is as emo as it can manage, what with all the pr0n having been purged. Instagram is pure exhibitionism. LinkedIn is nerdy but also presents a shocking amount of glurge. That's making each day's obligatory check on that feed more and more of an ordeal.

The only places on social media I get any enjoyment from these days are, geeky tech communities on Reddit, and Diaspora*.
