We're watching the 2015 edition of the Great British Bake-Off (GBBO).  In the US, it's known as Great British Baking Show because Pillsbury holds a trademark on "Bake-Off."

Nadiya ends up winning the season, and possibly also the best one-liner of not just the season but the entire series.

Setup: It's the quarterfinals, and the technical challenge, where the bakers are surprised with a difficult recipe to create, with no opportunity to design, rehearse or prepare. The assignment is Mary Berry's Mokatines.

I did actually see these in Mary Berry’s recipe book. Did I read it? No. I thought: I’m not going to make that, it’s really fiddly.
