Montezuma

We went to the Montezuma Wildlife Management Area today, to see waterfowl. We did see a lot of those but we also saw this:

I have no idea why this huge hideous thing is in the middle of a national wildlife refuge. But we saw it there along with the buffleheads and great blue herons.
