You just know that every one of these maskless idiots was in a family gathering for Thanksgiving a week ago. Based on the COVID-19 Event Risk Assessment Planning Tool from Georgia Tech, the probability that everyone at this event was exposed to COVID-19 is over 99%. Which is a statistician's way of saying "yes, that definitely did happen."

On a mailing list I read, someone posted:

Biden wants Americans to wear a mask for the first 100 days of his presidency. Of course, his supporters will, and Trump supporters won't. This ensures that there will be more Democrats than Republicans surviving by the next election.

I am sad to say that at this point, I am just fine with that. I only wish the polarization were just a bit more extreme such that no Democrat is in danger of being exposed to any Rethuglican, anywhere, for the next six to nine months.

For example, I would like to shop at a grocery store where no anti-mask idiots would ever consider shopping. But even my beloved Wegmans cannot bring itself to truly enforce the mask mandate.
