Anti-C
Today I saw a quote that perfectly sums up conservatism (21st century version) for the nexus of evil that it is.
Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect. There is nothing more or else to it, and there never has been, in any place or time.
This shows clearly the imperative priorities for "liberalism" or "progressivism" or whatever you want to call it. I scare-quote those because all there can be now is, Anti-Conservatism.
The two goals of Anti-Conservatism must be, that the laws shall bind everybody. Equally. No exceptions. And the laws shall protect everybody. Equally.
No exceptions.

Oh and not far off-topic: They say you should only speak good of the dead. Rush Limbaugh is dead. Good.
